Clean Carpet Maintenance Program

Pre-inspection
We determine the condition of your carpet to identify problem spots or extremely soiled areas. We discuss with you the probability of these stains coming out during the cleaning process.

Pre-vacuuming
Open areas are vacuumed with our powerful truck-mounted turbine vacuum to ensure maximum dry soil removal.

Preconditioning
We treat heavily soiled areas with a heated, pressurized pre-spotter. This loosens the entrenched oils and dirt.

"Steam" cleaning
Our truck-mounted hot water extraction system deep cleans as it removes soil and thoroughly rinses away cleaning agents.

Furniture is moved
After walkway areas are cleaned, we move most pieces of furniture (sofas, large chairs, empty or light bookcases, etc.) and vacuum and steam clean those areas.

Baseboards vacuumed or wiped down; furniture is moved back into place
We set tabs or foam blocks under your furniture to protect them and the carpet.

Carpeting is groomed or raked
This restores the pile and decreases drying time. We then place a high velocity drying fan in the first room we finish and move it from room to room to speed drying time even more.

Consider this option if you want your carpets to stay looking new as long as possible. It includes everything in our Standard Package, plus application of DuPont Teflon ® protector to all open areas. This is the highest-quality carpet protector available and will help to:

Prevent many permanent stains
Resist traffic area damage to carpet fibers
Provide better dry soil removal between cleanings

Monarch's Clean Carpet Maintenance Program keeps your carpets looking their best for years to come. With this program we clean the open areas of your carpeting four times a year. During the fourth scheduled visit we complete a fully cleaning as in our Standard or Protection Packages, depending on which package you choose. Ask for more details.
